Join us this May for an in-person workshop series designed to equip South African NPOs with the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen governance, ensure donor compliance, and confidently meet regulatory requirements.

The workshop will cover three key areas: NPO Governance & Board Management, Understanding Section 18A, and Gearing Up for IT3(d). Topics include governance challenges, the role of the board, King IV principles, and key board committees; how to qualify for Section 18A, handle different types of donations, issue S18A certificates, and navigate common challenges; and an overview of IT3(d) submissions, SARS e-Filing, data provider requirements, and practical submission tips.
