To make budgeting easier (and assist with cashflow) this annual service is offered at a fixed rate, which can be settled upfront (with a substantial discount) or by monthly debit order.
The annual and ongoing compliance service:
- relieves the burden of administration;
- keeps the registrations of your organisation up to date;
- keeps track of board terms of office; and
- provides easy access to the latest versions of frequently required fundamental documents.
