Our full-service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total cost to company (TCTC) salary offered to the successful candidate. For this promotional period, that fee will be 12% of the TCTC instead of our usual 15%.

- Executive search and candidate screening.
- Dedicated recruitment consultancy throughout the process.
To give you complete peace of mind, we also offer a unique 12-week guarantee: if the appointed candidate leaves within 12 weeks of their start date, CCA will replace them at no additional cost.
